All these women are some of the most sucessfull female rappers of the past 2 Decades.
For the longest time the number of female rappers signed to a major american record labels has been in a steady decline.The #1 question has been where are all the female rappers? Well it seems like this question has been answered.
For any female rapper trying to get a name for herself in the 2000's,this year seemed like the best year.
With Nicki Minaj leading the way it seemed like it was a Femcee invasion.
Nicki Minaj has been in the game since 2003. 2010 was definietly her year, with her highly anticiapted debut album pink friday, which had 3 hit singles and held the number two spot on album sales charts,Nicki took 2010 by storm with her very strong fanbase. she has twitters, tumblrs, fansites and dictionaries, or shall we say nicktionaries, dedicated to her. Her Colorful hair,daring fashion and her butt make her popular with everyone. Not to mention her killer rhymes such as “Shout out to my haters, sorry that you couldn’t faze me” or "I am not a girl that can ever be defined
I am not fly, I am levitation I represent an entire generation.I hear the criticism loud and clear that is how I know that the time is near"

Lola Monroe is the definition of the term ‘More than meets the eye’. The multi-talented model/rapper came on the scene just a few short years ago, taking the modeling industry by storm.
